Homemade Croutons

Dice up some bread you have on hand. Add to a bowl and add1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder and about 1/4 cup of shredded parmesan cheese. Mix really well with a healthy drizzle of olive oil and lay out on to a cookie sheet. Broil on low for about 4-5 minutes, keep an eye- they burn easy!
